Born and raised in South Jersey, Mike brings over 22 years of hands-on experience in construction and general contracting. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality, he personally oversees every project—from residential remodels to large-scale commercial builds—to ensure each one is completed with care and precision.
With a strong background in project management and client relations, Mike has built a reputation for delivering top-tier results while forming lasting relationships with clients across the region.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys weekends at the Jersey Shore, jet skiing, boating, and cooking for friends and family. He’s a die-hard football fan, loves a good laugh, and takes pride in organizing charity events to give back to the community. He’s building Pike Custom Builders as a legacy for his family and is excited to marry his fiancée next fall. His Cane Corso, Zeus, is his constant sidekick and truly part of the family.

Peter Algaba

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Pete Algaba has built his reputation on a solid foundation of integrity, quality craftsmanship, and dependable service. From early hands-on experience to running full-scale projects, Pete’s journey in construction has always been guided by a single goal: to be the kind of contractor people can trust—someone who shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers exactly what was promised.
As the co-founder and owner of Pike Custom Builders, Pete leads every project with a personal commitment to excellence. He takes pride in building strong client relationships, maintaining open and honest communication, and ensuring that no detail goes overlooked. Whether it’s a small renovation or a large custom build, Pete brings the same level of care and precision to every job.
But beyond the job site, Pete is a devoted family man. He and his wife are raising three energetic boys and are deeply rooted in the local South Jersey community. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Pete on the field, coaching youth sports and supporting his kids’ passions. His dedication to his family carries into his business—grounded in values like honesty, hard work, and doing right by others.
